Pricing structure

All work is on an hourly basis, with a one-hour minimum. Time begins when we arrive at your door, unless previous arrangements have been made. Partial hours will be rounded up to the next quarter-hour.

Most work is at a rate of $25 per hour, and $8 for each quarter-hour thereafter.

Tier 2 localities add 15%.

If you live in a locality not included in our listing, please call. We service other areas; we simply quote these jobs on a case-by-case basis.

Dog-walking is $20 for a 30-minute walk, all cleanup included.

Policies

All customer information is guaranteed confidential. We do not rent, sell, or otherwise disclose any customer information to any third party except where required to do so to comply with the law.

Due to licensing and liability restrictions, we do not provide transportation of any kind.

The cost of your supplies, groceries, or other purchases is not included in the cost of service.

All services are to be paid for upon delivery, unless previous arrangements have been made in writing with the management of Now You Have Time.

We accept cash, personal checks, and money orders.

Returned checks will be assessed the full amount allowed by law. We will perform no further services for clients who bounce checks until all fees incurred are paid. Personal checks will not be accepted from clients who have previously returned checks.

We reserve the right to decline tasks that are illegal, unethical, or beyond our scope.

Reservations for services must be made at least 24 hours in advance. An extra 10% charge will apply for services requested with less than 24 hours notice.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Any services canceled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a one-hour charge.

Grocery List

Place a number next to items to be purchased, indicating the quantity of each. In the space next to the item, please indicate your preferred brand. The last space tells us what to do if your brand is not in stock at the grocery store: get a different brand, get a different size of the same brand, or skip this item altogether.
